UvA Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research

For the Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research (AISSR in short) has been a client for the past 3 years.
AISSR always organizes stimulating lectures, talks and conversations that make you think and therefore I love to help them to  spread their research, findings and talks.
I have created several registrations of their lectures throughout the year.

During their Harvest Day in November besides the usual registations,  I have also created an aftermovie of their event and other extra content.

Arierang Foundation

Arierang is one of the oldest foundations of the Netherlands for adoptees.

For the Arierang foundation I shot and edited a campaign video to gain visibility of their foundation with a younger generation of (Korean) Adoptees, (second generation) family and friends.
I filmed one of their events and shared with them videos with subtitles in several ratio’s, lengths and selections to optimize the content for social media.

It was an honour to be allowed to take a look into such an intimate and personal foundation and to have such lovely and personal camera interviews.

Netherlands Theater Festival

Happy to be working with the Netherlands Theater Festival for the past three years.
This year I created the festival promo’s for them to promote the start of their ticket sales.

I have created the promo in several ratio’s and lengths to promote their festival and later this year to promote their Heerlen and Rotterdam festival weekends.

What the Studio helped me out with the motion graphics elements to keep everything conform new house style of the NTF.

Petite Amélie

The lovely people from Petite Amélie came back to me to request some minor changes to their 2023 Christmas campaign videos which consisted of 4 different campaign videos in 2 different lengths, 4 different ratio’s in 5 different languages which turned into over 150 deliverables which isn’t that high of a number when you consider all the countries, markets and social media they are using the promo’s for.
I had a blast retooling and changing the promo’s for them.

Pride Amsterdam

Pride Amsterdam is one of my longest lasting collaborative partners. This year I changed up some of my activities to keep challenging myself and help Pride Amsterdam to a next level of content delivery, social media friendly content I helped them out with the following activities

  • Trained a camera student during an internship in lead up to Pride Amsterdam
  • Created the video content for the Kick Off 2024
  • Created Video Profiles for the Pride Ambassadors of 2024
  • Created videos for several Pride Commissions
  • Created reportage video for the World Pride Kick off Meeting
  • Created part 1 of a reportage series on Pride Accessibility
  • Created video content to promote Pride Amsterdam’s 2024 activities
  • Managed Media team with Photo, Video and presenters of 15 to 20 people for fast delivery of content during Pride week.
  • Managed editors and videographers for video content during
  • Created Pride Commission After Movies.

Artist Profile / Canapé art Volkshotel

For the Volkshotel in Amsterdam I created a video profile of the awesome artist Pieter who created the new art for the Volkshotel Canapé.
As I also have my office in the Volkhotel, this was a lovely collaboration with the marketing team from the Volkshotel.

Cultuurvlogger

I finally got the chance to collaborate with an old studio mate of mine: Marco, the culture vlogger. I joined him to his trip to hunting lodge Mokerheide, where he explored this big building and surroundings on the invititation of The Open Monumentsday. Afterward I made an edit and som extra video content for his vlog and channels.

It was a blast to work with Marco who is such a natural, funny, quick and effervescent host and collaborator.

Music Video Droom ik de werkelijkheid.

For Pete Statham I was able to make a few quick and dirty music videos throughout the year. This year this driven artist has asked me to make a music video for his song ‘Droom ik de werkelijkheid’

Even though through financial strain and limited options it wasn’t possible to create a polished music video, it was still a lot of fun making this music video with Pete and to share visuals for this composition.
